Personal Information
Elise M. Horne grew up in Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Drury University in 2011 where she majored in Biology. She then obtained a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2016. During law school, she served as a Law Advancement Ambassador and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Before joining Goolsby, Proctor, Heefner & Gibbs, P.C., Ms. Horne worked in private practice defending medical malpractice liability claims against individual medical professionals and hospital entities.
Ms. Horne lives in downtown Oklahoma City, where she is an active member of the legal and non-legal community and volunteers for several organizations. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Cubs.
