Personal Information

Madison Botizan was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She attended the University of Oklahoma, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a focus in Public Relations. Her passion for storytelling led her to pursue a law degree from the Oklahoma City University College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Team and Dean’s Honor Roll. She also interned with a local medical malpractice defense firm and a general litigation firm.

Prior to joining Goolsby | Proctor, Ms. Botizan was an associate at a well-known plaintiff’s firm. While there, she focused her practice on insurance coverage and personal injury cases, securing nearly $10 million in verdicts and settlements. Ms. Botizan joined Goolsby | Proctor in November 2022. Her current practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, and construction. Ms. Botizan prides herself on her attention to detail and love of complex problem solving to best represent her clients. Her passion for the law and her clients allows her to get the best results in every case.

When she’s not working, Ms. Botizan volunteers as a coach with a local high school mock trial team and tutors law students. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and watching baseball and football.
